   • Opened or Used Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your product selection before opening and using it.

2. Refunds and Exchanges:

   • For product returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

   • Exchanges for products of equal or lesser value are available for unopened and unused items.

3. Returns Process:

4. Shipping Costs:
